Short Description	Disable shadowed land screen to improve accuracy of snow map over boreal forest
Long Description	A screen implemented in the early C5 version of the PGE to improve quality of the MOD10_L2 product by reducing erronous snow detections was found to have a significant negative impact on snow mapping in the boreal forest. The screen decreased the accuracy of snow cover mapping by 20% or more over much of the boreal forest in the winter and spring seasons. That decrease in accuracy is passed to all the downstream snow products. This screening is removed in the updated version of the PGE.
