Short Description	Fix to correct shift in Aqua band 5-7 with respect to bands 1-4
Long Description	In C4 processing of Aqua, bands 5, 6, and 7 were not registered with respect to bands 1 - 4 in Aqua (by about 380m in the track direction). In this C5 update to PGE13, the L2G process was modified so that MODIS/Aqua Bands 5, 6 and 7 are shifted forward by one 500m line in the track direction in the L2G products. The shift is not applied to the 500m line at the trailing edge of the scan because of Earth rotation and bow-tie effects. The 500m QA field is updated appropriately.
