Short Description	Fix bugs in routines writing the QA information for the MOD09 Intermediate Products
Long Description	This patch to the L2 Surface Reflectance PGE concerns minor bug fixes related to the changes in the output intermediate IDS files used in the production of the daily CMG products. Following changes to IDS-writing algorithms were added code for handling omitted data (aerosol quality, cloud shadow) code for adding other QA information code for adding band 3 path radiance data code for changing the names of some of the SDSs in the IDS outputs for clarity.
