Short Description	Bug fix in source code addressing the problem of missing LST_Day_6km or LST_Night_6km and emis bands 20 -29 at some grids in MOD11B1/MYD11B1.
Long Description	LST_Day_6km or LST_Night_6km and emis bands 20 -29 were missing at many grid cells in MOD11B1/MYD11B1, usually in the cooling season, while the corresponding 1km LST product (MOD11A1/MYD11A1) contained good retrievals. Source code changes to address the above changes included a minor change in mod11_lstB1.c to fix the missing data problem by considering the temporal constraint at the beginning of searching for pairs of daytime and nighttime MODIS observations.
